Men 2022
I'm not going to rate this movie just yet. There's a lot I like but a lot that I think is completely pretentious and weird for the sake of being weird. I'm sure 21 year old me would think it's the greatest movie ever but current me needs to dwell on it a bit and probably see it again before deciding if I liked it or not.

Eternals 2021
It's laughable how the Marvel drones are saying "You're hating this because it's different" when it's the same stuff going on for 25 films now. Super humans fight bad thing and have some light laughs and drama while discovering something about themselves along the way. Only this time it's shot at magic hour and on physical locations, which I'll admit is nice for a Marvel movie, but I can just watch Chloe Zhao's far far FAR more interesting other films than this.

It's your boi Mizoguchi coming in again telling you that life is worthless and humanity exists in a cycle of torment, primarily antogonised by the upper class. I loved it!!
