I don't really know how I feel about this one yet? I quite liked where the story was going, although I couldn't help but feel a little disinterested a few times. There are some very strong performances here that definitely deserve to have all the praise coming their way. Tom Holland is fantastic as the lead, both Eliza Scanlen and Riley Keough steal the show with the little screentime they have, and Bill Skarsgard totally owned those first 45 minutes. The performances definitely make the movie as good as it is, together with the striking visuals and the sometimes great writing.
I was actually planning on not talking about Robert Pattinson's performance, as he is one of my favourite actors, but god was his performance a total misfire. I hope I never heard the word 'delusion' ever again.
