Letterboxd — Your life in film

A classic, beware the dubbed version though.

A shallow documentary about the board gaming industry, lacking an engaging narrative and relying on too many interviewees who have little to contribute. Perhaps it's just a small industry but it's close cousin, the computer game, set such a high bar with King of Kong I had expected more.

Totally inspired film, fantastic set pieces and some great comic moments. The plot moves along at a decent pace even if there's not much to it, classic fairy tale right up to the end. One of my favourite Gilliam movies for sure.

Silence is golden.

Terrible film. Let down by poor casting, terrible special effects and awful soundtrack. Especially avoid if you have read and enjoyed the book.

Saw this in Berlin with German subtitles so I missed most of the Italian segments.

Great thriller can't believe I hadn't seen it before.

Much better than I thought it would be. Still not amazing…
