The Chinese Boxer 1970
Wanted the new Blu-ray of this last night - terrific! This was the first movie Jimmy Wang You directed as well as starred in, and it's pretty obvious he wanted to impress - the frame compositions are consistently terrific, and the action is shot and edited in a kinetic style that is really fun to watch.

Batman Returns 1992
I re-watched this one recently, and it has aged so well - it's still the best Batman movie, and possibly the best Tim Burton movie. All the tics that become incredibly annoying in Burton's later films work perfectly here. Michelle Pfeiffer should've won an Oscar, too.
