Plot? There's a loose plot here, about the shift from silent film to talkies, but it's mostly there to hang the musical numbers on, and boy are they great. Gene Kelley was amazing.
I'm sure a lot of ink (virtual or otherwise) has been spilled about how good of a film this is, and I don't have much to add other than it's a crime how long it took me to get to this.
