Prometheus 2012
I don't get why people hate this? It has some of the best horror/sci-fi setpieces I've ever seen, handles the religious thematics in a more captivating way than in Alien 3, and even avoids most of the pratfalls typical prequels tend to fall in. I've never seen lost, so Lindelof is three for three in my book!
