ONE OF THE MOST PAINFUL HUGS A FILM HAS EVER GIVEN ME

BARBIE WAS A BLAST
“Why didn't Barbie tell me about patriarchy? Which, to my understanding, is where men & horses run everything.”
Considering that this was written by Gerwig & Baumbach I was not surprised at all by how much fun I had. This was absolutely hilarious, thoughtful, creative, bold, (the right kind of) edgy, quotable, & colorful! I adored the sparkling production design, the pretty cinematography, the vibrant characters, & the incredible performances from Margot Robbie & Ryan Gosling.
