“We love Pussy.”
“Yes we do.”
“Brandy was glad to see them return.”
This is close to becoming my favorite Tarantino film. Now, I haven’t seen it as many times as some of his others (it only just came out last year lol), but it’s still as funny and touching as it was when I first saw it. I really do love the structure, odd and disjointed as it may feel to some. I dig that the end of the “Old Hollywood” era becomes the revisionist sandbox for Tarantino to create the ultimate bromance movie of the 2010’s. That “FBI” scene is an all-time mood captured on film. Also, let it be known that Leo is the secret MVP here. Special shout-outs to Margaret Qualley and Brandy the Dog as well. And that ending... damn.
“What a picture.”
