Roger Avary’s review published on Letterboxd :
A lovingly flawed replication, with twice as much of everything as necessary. I wish the entire narrative, exposition, and all of the terrible cast flashbacks, including Harrison Ford, had been entirely gutted with a scalpel to leave only Joe's existential Koyaanisqatsi-like journey across the dystopic California wasteland. These are the glorious visionary moments of Blade Runner, bogged down by inevitable nostalgia and slavish reverence to memories of the original. Still, worth the immersion for the luscious production.
