*wanted to make a note about not watching this on a day where there’s a publicized mass shooting but then it would make it IMPOSSIBLE TO WATCH IN AMERICA*****
you bet your ass I pointed at the screen when Karloff slapped the shit out of that boy
I feel like I was lacking a lot of the cultural context to truly appreciate this one and its meta levels, but damn. what a debut!
