On a rewatch it went from a good Nolan film to possibly my favourite of his. The best example of Nolan using time and playing with the non-linear narrative to heighten the emotional experience. His use of IMAX results in the biggest film he's made, but he also never loses sight of those intimate moments between characters. It's going to be weird going back to traditional war movies after seeing what Nolan has accomplished here.
