Vertigo ★★★★

Not gonna lie, I dozed off a bit during the first half, but when the second half kicked it it finally reminded me of the Hitchcock I so love from Psycho. It's the kind of film that doesn't exactly wow you the second the credits roll, but the one you kinda have to let it sit for a while to be appreciated. Aside from the revolutionary dolly zoom, I think its critique of male gaze and women as objects of desire for male fantasy is so ahead of its time.
