  As a movie this is a great entry in the heist genre, with razor sharp editing and soundtrack. As a political commentary it has blunter fangs than you originally think walking out, but at the same time the stance it takes and the earnestness it displays is genuinely rare and I'll be surprised but happy if we see anything more in this vein.

  Star Wars: The Force Awakens 2015

  With this being the first Star Wars film I have ever seen, I understand the hype and love for this franchise, even if it's been ruined for me due to a constant spoiler/satirisation of the series to this day.
  Overall the film is exceptional and uses familiar objects and ideas to link to the previous films, JJ did a good job. Great acting and I loved the score.
  On the negative side though a lot of time I was watching I felt it was a massive pile of fanservice instead of creating an original development of events.
