A masterful, slow-burning piece that feels like a poem in the way that pieces of the story weave together in deliberate and occasionally surprising ways. Brilliantly written and acted.
Great performances from all the actors. The plotting and the one-shot gimmick made certain parts feel a bit rushed and reduced the roles of many of the great actors in the film to glorified cameos. The microcuts were a bit distracting; I almost wish they hadn't tried to hid the cutting. Very good movie, needed more Andrew Scott
