In the Mood for Love 2000
I guess when I first watched it I was too distracted to see everything. And so now, unfortunately, after living so much more life, I thought I could just watch it, feel a little bit of something, and head to sleep. But obviously I was wrong. Because I saw everything this time and cried at every god damned thing.
There are so many things done in isolation in this movie, without faces, without being inside of rooms, without even seeingβ¦

Ever After 1998
this might be the best Cinderella adaptation actually β¦ the gags and reveals were spectacular, the evils were evil, and the payoffs were wonderful. and by god, the winged costume and and the glittery makeup brings me to tears !
