So much kissing for a kids’ movie! My girlfriend loved these films as a kid, so we have been rewatching them. It’s been illuminating. :) This sequel misses the White Witch/White Knight of the first film, but includes Brigitte Nielsen having the time of her life with a spiky corset and big flappy dress, so it evens out.

From the trailer, I was expecting a lot more wolf behaviour (and more nudity, to be honest), but I lost interest during the long middle section about men shooting each other. Maybe it got better at the end. I didn’t bother finding out.

Very much enjoyed the cinematography (especially the occasional vignetting effects) and performances, especially of Casey Affleck, who was as uncomfortable to watch as he should have been.
