So boring!......For the first time in a while, I fell a sleep whilst watching this (of corse I skipped back but still). The cast is lacklustre, except for Daniel Brül. There’s a few nice looking shots here and there and the ending Is great. But.....Do we need a 2 hour film explaining how a big monster came to earth? No........The music is good. So yea.
This review may contain spoilers. I can handle the truth.
All the acting is great and the story is great, it’s very suspenseful too. The music is also good. One thing however, I think the ending dragged on a bit much, like the studio said “there isn’t enough monsters in this, have some action scenes with them at the end”. I think just a shot of her seeing the monster would’ve ended it better.
A film made by this production company which isn’t offensive? That’s nice......
Unlike Gods not dead 1 and 2 this film actually has an interesting plot, with character arcs that make sense. It also doesn’t say “if your a Christian you will be bullied by your teacher and sent to court.”
My main problem with the film is how the guy decided the evidence was too much for the existence of God, like I understand where he’s coming from but it was a bit rushed.
