My favorite is to turn out the lights and enjoy an R rated nightmare, but I share screens with a wife and 7 year old boy.
Popcorn Frights Film Fest movie # 1
You’ve got some paranormal investigators making a show about the disappearance of some teenage boys. I really enjoyed this part of Malibu Horror Story. It gives a creative mix of documentary, found footage, and standard movie. The found footage parts reminded me of some of the bad movies I would make in the backyard as a kid. Some people might really enjoy the finale, but I didn’t think it brought anything fresh. Do movies have to be 90 minutes long? Wrap it up guys.
I want to play Bodies! Bodies! Bodies!
This movie was surprisingly fun. It’s ideal to watch in a group setting. We had fun guessing who would die, and who the killer was. It made me laugh. There was also a pretty brutal kill. The woman next to me in the theatre reacted quiet a bit to every blow. So fun!
Prey delivered everything I could want from a Predator movie.
The untamed American frontier is a great setting. The Comanche characters was a refreshing angle, and it was done so well.
The most important part of a Predator movie is that the Predator looks and acts real, which I think is the biggest fail of every movie that didn’t have Stan Winston in charge of the creature design. The Predator in Prey is one ugly motherfucker. I’m not thrilled…

Nope is such a fun title for this movie because there are several scenes that made the audience react that way. There was a lot of screaming and laughing from the crowd. It was a good time.
