Ben Hibburd’s review published on Letterboxd:
18 shorts from a whole host of filmmakers set in and around Paris. Most of them are pretty boring, and it's quite a drag to sit through all of them. It's definitely better to space them out across a few days. I would solely recommend checking this out for the Coen Brothers short; it's terrific. Steve Buscemi's facial expressions as a French dude yells at him across a train platform is hilarious. Seriously this short alone makes the whole endeavour worth it.
