Bennison’s review published on Letterboxd:
I'm very late to the party on this one, but I'm glad I finally picked it after it languished on my list on Netflix for months. I think right around the time the camera tracks through the two fresh bullet holes in Furious's front door was when I knew I was in good hands by virtue of Singleton's direction. I wasn't prepared for how easy this would be to watch. The transitions from scene to scene are so unbelievably smooth. And when this film wants to hit hard, man does it hit hard. A great example of a somewhat formulaic plot executed flawlessly.
