I forgot how good this movie is. Ben Foster needs to be in more stuff. My favorite quote of the movie “The restaurant has a rattlesnake for a waitress.”

La La Land 2016
It’s taken me five and a half years to finally watch this. Man I wish I had the opportunity to see this in the theater! All of those one takes were *muah* GORGEOUS! Also, did the bassist in Keith’s band look like Ben Roethliesberger to anyone else? No? Just me, ok.

Apollo 10½: A Space Age Childhood 2022
Watched this for two reasons.
1.) I love Richard Linklater. 2.) An actor I’ve worked with on two sets was in this.There were parts of this that I really liked. However, there was a part of the movie that felt like a 40 minute exposition dump that really wasn’t need. That exposition dump is why I give this a 3.5/5. The animation style was unique. I really liked it.
I really liked seeing an animated version of that actor I know pop up. Always gonna support him. -
