I’m The Only Juan’s review published on Letterboxd:
Just when I thought I didn’t care for zombie movies anymore Zack pulls me back in. This film was made to be seen on the big screen and I’m so happy I had the privilege to do so. It’s kind of amazing how this work as a brilliant epilogue to Zack’s current filmography, the dude has done everything imaginable with so many genres and now a Heist/Zombie film that takes from his cynical debut to his most recent work with a brilliant father/daughter relationship. It is a journey to behold, Snyder shoots this film so intimate like his ending to ZSJL but this time it’s the entire film, looks so unique and dreamy. It’s a fun, emotional and bloody awesome film, I plan to rewatch immediately on the Netflix debut.
