a brilliant adaptation of a brilliant book. james franco has never been my favorite actor, but the skill of the supporting cast forces him to stay on his a-game, delivering my now-favorite performance of his. the changes from book to screen were so well written, most prominently the development of bill, played by king of my heart george mckay. cried like a little baby at the end, because though its set up as a historical fix-it thriller, it’s actually one of the greatest love stories ever told. The Phantom of the Opera 2004
maybe he wasnt even that ugly maybe yalls standards are just too high ever thought of that
