What is life if not smoking cigs out of the sunroof of your car with someone that understands loss and grief and through that bond, you revel in the uncertainty of life, but together you find the meaning that gives you strength to keep on living. The thing that Drive My Car does so well is that it encourage us to find our own solace in the silence and to walk out of the theater knowing our own hearts. One of the most meaningful films I’ve ever seen and I will forever carry it with me. I may never emotionally recover from this lol
