Blankments’s review published on Letterboxd:
Piglet’s Big Movie passes by on the strength of its iconic characters, and nothing more. The plot is dull, the songs are the worst ever, and it’s hard to even say what it’s about. All of the characters are ridiculously awful to Piglet just to make the story work, and the animation seems cheaper than usual. The end credits function more as a promotional music video than anything else, and it’s just a very odd movie all around. Piglet’s Big Movie returns Pooh to the episodic storytelling that made it popular, but unfortunately, does not have really any merit on its own besides that.
