I'm lost for words at just how stunning and immersive this film truly is, from the get go you feel as if you are there alongside each of the characters feeling the fear, the frustration and the sadness of war. The lack of dialogue in the film is one of the things which for me made it feel very real, in place of dialogue was a beautiful score which was both thrilling and at times moving. Futhermore the cast was incredible, my favourite performance being Tom Hardy's, Fionn Whitehead's and (yes) Harry styles who i never doubted would be excellent in his debut role. Overall this film has left me feeling proud of those who fought, lived through and died in such a significant historical event, and that this is going to be a film which sticks with me for a long time.
