Michael Snyder’s review published on Letterboxd:
This is the single most enjoyable film I've ever seen.
Edgar Wright is on point, as always, in crafting this masterpiece of frenetic action and nostalgia. Never wasting a frame this film moves at a break neck pace leaving you energized and craving more.
What I enjoy most about this film is the attention to detail. In every scene Wright has some easter egg for viewers to discover. Whether it's VFX of Hearts and X's in the bokehs behind a scene of dialogue, a visual gag that plays out in refrigerator magnets or a well timed 90's video game sound effect, the film is littered with subtleties that make repeat viewings a must.
