  Half-way through found myself contemplating the competing philosophical pedagogies of discipline and punish. Although the movie isn't really meant to answer that question, its finale is breathtaking.

  First horror flick of the season. Enjoyed the overly real grit of the film stock. The sound design is probably the most unique aspect of the film. Seems like it is the model for slasher films to follow, for better or for worse.
