Mank 2020
Just saw Mank within its limited run at the cinema and I am very mixed on this movie. This was very disappointing for me as David Fincher is my favourite director period. Because he’s my favourite I have decided to hold off reviewing it on my main site, and will revisit Mank when its released on Netflix in early December.
Anyway my first reaction thoughts are
Pros
Gary Oldman definitely Best Actor worthy
Amanda Seyfried and the rest of the supporting cast…

A movie about two old guys watching soccer wasn't as boring as I thought, but the best actor noms is still pushing it.

A Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood 2019
This is Tom Hanks' movie as his brilliant portrayal of Mr Rogers completely overshadows the main plot of the reporter guy with his daddy issues.
The story, acting and transitions are all good and everything else is really not worth mentioning, so I won't. It's a good watch if you're interested.
