I've been a pretty longtime fan of Robert Carlyle but never intentionally gone through his filmography till recently - here I've ranked all of his films I've seen. The criteria is based on exposure of Bobby, quality of performance and quality of film (in that order).
For example, The Unloved would be 3rd except that he is in it for roughly 15 minutes and thus affects the overall ranking. Same principle applies to Trainspotting, it would be 1st except that he is a side character and thus his performance has less screen time and a lower bobby-to-movie value ratio.
To Watch: Being Human, To End All Wars
Excluded Films (due to availability): Riff Raff, Hitler: The Rise of Evil, Class of ’76
