The Best of Philip Seymour Hoffman

A few years back I first saw Capote and fell in love with Hoffman's fantastic mastery of his craft. I went through a few of his more notable films and was continually impressed by each performance. More recently I was firmly keeping tabs on him and was looking forward to any upcoming projects. I will sorely miss him but I'm sure not as much as those who had the pleasure of knowing him.

This is a short list of, in my opinion, his best films. This was incredibly hard to put in any sort of order as all of his performances are so fantastic. So this came down more to my feelings about the film and the characters.
