Brian Murphy’s review published on Letterboxd:
Really good watch, palpable tension from beginning to end.
Possible star maker from Jack O'Connell, been knocking on the door of big roles in a couple of franchises in the last few years, this could be the deal sealer to get him to the big leagues. Lots of dialogue free scenes which he more or less carried, his mannerisms and they he carried himself were brilliant. By no means an antihero either, he seemed to cause a lot of his own problem, with rage of course brought upon my a hugely neglectful upbringing.
Ben Mendelsohn impressed me here, also the 1st time he didn't make my skin crawl coincidentally enough. Rupert Friend was a bit of a stereotype, I thought the other 'group' members played their roles well.
Couple of tired tropes about dodgy guards aside I don't have much to complain about here at all!
