I don't excel at anything, I have no special talents in any field but I don't want people to think I'm a loser so I endorse myself well. I act like I know shit, I give an intelligent vibe to the people around me.

    Liger is my comfort film.

    Petite Maman

As a filmmaker, Sciamma's core strength relies on her expert take on visual language, thematical awareness, and her writing. She articulates compassionate moments between her conflicted, complex characters on-screen with magical realism.

Petiti Maman, A follow-up to her most popular work to date portrait of a lady on fire, explores loss yet again but in the loveliest way. Sciamma executed this Cute little sweetest premise with utmost care, love, and thoughtfulness. It Offered me an overwhelming sense of comfort and joy throughout the watch.

Tops the list of my favorite movies of the year.
