This is almost an impossible movie to rate but I feel like I have to give it something. I haven’t seen this in about ten years, but it’s a film I grew up with. It’s certainly a bad movie, but one I can’t give a half star to. It is entertaining and imaginative, and really does feel like it was made with childlike wonder in mind. The acting is terrible and the effects are even worse, but that’s doesn’t make it unwatchable. It’s a pleasurable experience, and an easy watch, it’s just not a good movie.
