  When you’re a Jet, you’re a subpar actor all the way. Except the guy who played Riff. That guy is great.

  “The human body is far more resilient than people realize, and as it turns out, 90% of testicular ruptures are repaired if proper medical attention is received. Bond does indeed receive medical treatment after the torture, and it's quite likely he's in the 90%.

  Also, Le Chiffre hits him with the rope five times, but the first hit isn't particularly aggressive. Bond's testicles likely retracted immediately after the first hit, which is a handy biological response. Then there's the matter…
