For a majority of Leave No Trace I forgot that I was watching a film. It's unquestionably one of the most natural feeling viewing experiences I've had. You could tell me there was essentially no script and I'd believe you because all the dialogue, the interactions, the scenes, they all feel so real and unrehearsed. I've never experienced a cinematic clipshow before. The film is almost entirely just "Hey remember when ______ happened?". Cameos are always fun, but they aren't what makes a movie good in my opinion.
