    Bertolucci hadn't read Edward Said's "Orientalism" and that's pretty clear. But he should had if he wanted to avoid such a stereotyped and soul-less depiction of Arabs and North Africans. I wouldn't have ever willed to watch this, if it wasn't for Maestro Sakamoto.
