Certainly not being as effective and masterful as Threads, but the pseudo-documentary format still works well here and it succeeds at showing the sheer insignificance of human life in the face of nuclear war.

Admirably bleak for an animated talking animal movie, but often to predicable to be engaging.

I felt terrible while watching this, would recommend!

Edit: I watched this once and have thought about it almost everyday since but I’m too scared to rewatch it.
