Finished another Netflix docuseries. Man I am just addicted to these things. So my takeaway from this one:
I'd probably confess to anything for unlimited cigarettes and strawberry milkshakes myself.
I blasted right thru this documentary series in one morning. I had heard from a friend that I needed to watch this. Well, I will say it's one of the better Netflix doc series I have watched. There were some parts that I just couldn't stomach, and had to FF. And as some have noted, the ending is kind of a mess. I don't need someone preaching to me about my moral values. Overall, a good documentary on a very sick and twisted mind.
This has been a 50/50 year for King adaptions. This one, I would put in the winning column. This was a wonderful adaptation of a great King book. I have so many feels after watching this film. I'm almost at a loss for words and still unnerved. It's a very disorienting watch I will say that.
