Fine, but ultimately very forgettable. The animation loses its effect pretty quickly and becomes more annoying if I'm honest. Rory Cochrane and Woody Harrelson both got notes to play this as two of the three stooges and it's exceptionally distracting. The story isn't enough to keep your interest, the pacing isn't great, but it's not awful it's just kinda...there and you look up and go "oh, this is still on?"

I don't know, sure. Tarkovsky is always...a lil slippery to grasp, to put it exceptionally lightly.
