    I'll be frank.

I haven't watched any Yorgos Lanthimos films before The Favourite, but I had a vague idea that he was this outside-the-box, experimental type of filmmaker(judging from people's reactions to Dogtooth, The Lobster and The Killing of a Sacred Deer). While I was watching the film, I noticed several things that could have gone horribly wrong if the cast and crew hadn't done them exactly as they did. With so many characters and so many interesting themes and plots, it's a wonder that no part of the film lacked or completely failed. There's really nothing I can point as a fault in The Silence of the Lambs simply because it's as amazing as everyone says it is.

    Some murder-related thriller…
