Since my wife and I watched The Turning last weekend it seemed like the perfect time to show her The Innocents since she hadn't seen it. It's done quite differently, but I find both films to tell the story in equally intriguing ways, even if I do find this version to be a bit creepier. The sound design on this film is really well done and leaves one searching every inch of the screen for the source of whatever's heard.
