    The Marvels

Fun little movie that zips along at a fast pace.

It is another entry post Endgame, however, that includes a forgetful villain and ultimately not worth watching again

    All of Us Strangers

Ultimately, this film is what you make it

Powerful movie with unbelievable chemistry between Mescal and Scott. Power of love indeed

  • Wish

Want to keep the mantle of watching every major Disney Animated movie, so unfortunately had to watch this shite

  • Godzilla Minus One

    Godzilla Minus One

    Superb. Best Godzilla movie around

  • Napoleon

This film works a lot better on the battlefield than anywhere else.

Commanding performance from Phoenix as always but a little subdued to see him win any awards

  • Let the Right One In

    Let the Right One In

Love this film but genuinely cannot handle the snot around the kid's nose. Wipe your face!!

  • Past Lives

    Past Lives

It's hard to put into words the genuine emotion you feel for all 3 involved in this

You feel sympathy for each character, written to perfection and not done in a cliche way where the boyfriend is a douche and you see the ending coming a mile off

Grounded in reality and stunning performances.

Whenever I want a film to cry to, it will be this one, no question

  • Echo

    Dull. Simply dull

Good to see more screen time for D'Onofrio

Fight scene with daredevil was the best bit. All 90 seconds of it

  • Killers of the Flower Moon

    Killers of the Flower Moon

How Scorsese is able to pull this out of the bag in his 80's is beyond me

Powerful movie with stand out performances. Lily Gladstone in particular

    Cinema at its finest

  • Thanksgiving

Well whad'ya know... An Eli Roth film that is actually decent

  • Deadwood: The Movie

    Deadwood: The Movie

The most confusing show I've ever watched comes to a thrilling and satisfying conclusion

While the series was riddled with complex dialogue only eased with the implementation of subtitles on the screen needed to follow what's going on, the movie is more straightforward and less political which helps the entertainment factor

    A fitting farewell

  • Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny

Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny

There's no denying that although this is an entertaining installment, it's about 20 years too late as the iconic actor tries to get past his age, but for the viewer it's quite jarring with de-ageing technology and less mobility than usual in the action scenes.

A much better send off than what the 4th film was going to be but does not hold a candle to the first trilogy
