  While I like the concept and the classic M. Night Shyamalan plot twist/big reveal, this is ultimately very bleak and around 90 minutes' worth of despair, desperation and death.

  ...and now I will never listen to that song from Dirty Dancing in the same way again.

  While some reviewers have commented that it feels like three shorts lumped together, I enjoyed the time shifts and different perspectives.

  I do agree with my fellow reviewers who questioned the unnerving strength and resilience that 'Mother' had, plus how emotional and tragic her final moments were. Poor Mother.
