"You are beautiful. You're the most beautiful girl in the world. You are my dream."
Requiem for a Dream is mind blowing. The film is in your face the entire time. You can't help, but feel bad for every character at the end of the film, especially Ellen Burstyn's character, which was so well played it's hard not to feel somewhat heartbroken. It's sensational, utterly disturbing and yet knowingly is a part of our society. Overall, I will never be able to stop thinking about "Requiem for a Dream", as well as the haunting musical piece by Clint Mansell that will forever be in your head.
