I initially approached this with a STRICT definition of what constitutes a romantic-comedy but I have been convinced the more the merrier SO anchors aweigh!

You are welcome to comment suggestions but if they're fairly famous ones, be warned I have probably considered them and decided they aren't quite right for this list - for example, Dirty Dancing is the best movie of all time, it IS funny and it IS romantic but I don't think it fits here.
