Really good! Ultimately on the disposable side of MCU films, but it's fully entertaining and fun. The cast is great. Too great in fact, as the acting often outpaces the writing. Wish Michelle Piefer was in more of this. Michael Douglas was awesome, of course. Michael Peña shines again, even though a few of his jokes fall flat. Paul Rudd and Evangeline Lilly lack a certain chemistry with each other, but they're charismatic and sell their individual motivations very well.
Not sure if this is better or worse than the first film. Probably about on the same level. Really liked the grounded feel, and focus on character. The punching I can take or leave. Visualization of the Quantum Realm was great, so I wish there was more of that. Loved the call-out to the cap and glasses disguise seen all too often in the Cap films.
The way the movie ends, though, in the mid/post-credits, is so great. Really excited for what's to come.
