The true stinker of the series. But somehow still kinda fun? I dunno, it's really dumb, over-the-top, and melodramatic. But Tom Cruise and Thandie Newton have chemistry and sell that shitty dialogue. Anthony Hopkins, however, looks like he's actively regretting every decision that led him to his no more than 2 short scenes (shot in likely a single day).
The villain is horrible, but at least we get a cool motorcycle jousting sequence out of it. John Woo did his thing and went crazy on this, even though it doesn't ever come together well. And somehow Tom Cruise is still 100% killing it, even in a crappy movie.
Fun drinking game: Take a shot every time someone takes off a mask of a different character.
