ARE YOU REALLY TELLING ME THAT THIS BRILLIANT, REALLY PECULIAR AND OUTSTANDING MOVIE DIDN’T WIN THE ACADEMY AWARD FOR BEST ORIGINAL SCREENPLAY??? IS THIS A JOKE??? THE FACT THAT WES ANDERSON NEVER WON AN OSCAR TRULY PISSES ME OFF FUCK YOU ACADEMY YOU DISGUST ME. ALSO: PLEASE LET ME LIVE IN A WES ANDERSON MOVIE I WON’T ASK ANYTHING ELSE I JUST NEED TO BE ONE OF HIS AESTHETIC CHARACTERS FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE, THAT’S IT. 

Finally I watched this movie properly! Last time I saw this precious gem It was absolutely the wrong night so I hadn’t enjoyed It as I would have wanted. But now I watched It in a very accurate way with all the attention that a Wes Anderson movie requires and I can say that this is truly a masterpiece. I mean Wes Anderson’s movies are really something else. He truly created a whole cinematic universe where everything is aesthetic and perfectly shaped. When you watch one of his movies It’s like you enter in another world, another dimension. He has the power to make you forget all the bad things cause he welcomes you in his strange but amazing world where Bill Murray is an honorary citizen and nobody dresses without having an aesthetic purpose. Basically Wes Anderson is a  fucking genius because he managed to create something lots of directors only wish to be able to do. He created a whole universe, a universe so personal and particular that It’s impossible not to recognize one of his movies. He truly puts himself in them. AND ABOVE ALL: WITHOUT HIM WE WOULDN’T EVEN KNOW WHAT THE WORD “AESTHETIC” MEANS. 
Anyway... what can I say in particular about Grand Budapest Hotel? Well I think nobody can deny this is Wes Anderson’s most ambitious and sophisticated work. He really managed to mix together lots of different genres and the result was simply magnificent. This movie is so beautifully done they should invent a new world to describe It, I mean It. Every little thing is perfectly positioned in a certain place, every character is peculiar in his own way and EVERY DAMN SCENE IS SO DAMN AESTHETIC THAT YOUR EYES WILL BE FILLED WITH PLEASURE AND YOUR SOUL WITH JOY. LET ME REPEAT THIS: THE FACT THAT WES GENIUS ANDERSON STILL DID NOT WIN AN OSCAR IS EMBARRASSING, THE ACADEMY SHOULD REALLY FEEL ASHAMED ABOUT THIS. 

P.S: Léa Seydoux and Lucas Hedges playing “who has the least amount of lines” is hilarious BUT PLEASE WES NEXT TIME GIVE THEM MORE SPACE, ESPECIALLY LÈA!!!
