    Green Book

after widows, I felt exhausted but then i saw a 1:00 showing of green book next door and walked my tiny gay ass in that auditorium like no one even see me walked in there. I originally had thoughts on watching this on thanksgiving weekend but here I am (thank god for no reserved seating) and this was such a pleasant surprise. I loved the performances from both ali and moretensen like shit I ended up enjoying and loving the entire movie besides it’s flaws. tag yourself i’m don forcing tony to pull back and pick up his garbage because we love nature.

I really enjoyed this in the theater because I read the entire trilogy during the summer in a hospital (long story short: collapsed lung) and I absolutely loved this but my only problem with the movie overall was emma’s and olive’s powers were a bit switched around like it really caught me off guard but who cares? not everyone is perfect, but this movie still holds up the 4 star rating for me.

barry jenkins yet again, making a whole entire theater tear up and sob. the power this man possesses just amazes me sometimes. everything about this film was just absolutely amazing. the performances are fantastic, the cinematography is visually beautiful, the score THE GODDAMN SCORE is soothing. the color palette is atmospheric and i felt like I was living in this movie. I actually saw pedro pascal and diego luna in this and it caught me by surprise. god I really…
